Snap-on Equipment Introduces 10K 2-Post Combo (Symmetric/Asymmetric) Automotive Lift
March 25, 2009 -- Adding to an already comprehensive lift product offering, John Bean announces the introduction of the most versatile 10K lift in the industry: the Combination Symmetric/Asymmetric, 2-Post lift. This 10,000 lb. capacity lift allows for symmetric or asymmetric lifting to match the manufacturer’s recommended pickup points by simply adjusting the three-stage, telescoping front arms.
This unique design accommodates a wider range of vehicles than standard 10K 2-post lifts and features industrial-strength columns and pre-loaded, reinforced lifting arms featuring full-length pin sleeves to boost strength and durability.
Continuing Snap-on Equipment’s leadership in lift safety, the Combination 10K, 2-Post lift is ALI/ETL certified to the current, ANSI/ALI ALCTV 2006 specifications, is equipped with bolt-on heavy-duty restraints that engage when the lift is raised and has a single-point, safety lock release allowing for 2-handed lift lowering.
