May 15, 2008 -- Snap-on Equipment announces the release of the world’s first portable imaging alignment system - the Prism. The Prism represents Snap-on Equipment’s latest version of patented, high-definition camera alignment technology introduced in 1995.

The Prism is the first alignment system to combine the accuracy, speed and advanced diagnostic capabilities of imaging alignment and the productivity benefits of a portable alignment system. The Prism will drive alignment profitability, as technicians can obtain measurements and perform adjustments in half the time of conventional alignment systems.

The Prism provides unparalleled flexibility: it can be used on multiple racks at distances of up to 330 feet from the Wireless Access Point without re-calibration.
