Power Clamp

Mount Wheel with Power Clamp

  • Select proper mounting cone for the wheel
  • Place wheel on main shaft
  • Depress locking foot pedal
  • Center and clamp the wheel automatically with consistent clamping pressure using the Power Clamp for unmatched repeatability
  • Lower the wheel guard



Automatic Profiling

Collect Measurements in Six Seconds!

  • Virtual Plane Imaging (VPI) measurements and laser imaging captures the profile of the wheel and compares the information to specifications
  • In six seconds, the color display shows the location of any imbalances and identifies the optimal tape or clip-on weight location



Install Weights

  • Save money by choosing between all available tape weight and clip-on weight options
  • See the optimal tape weight placement indicated by a laser dot (pictured below) as the default option
  • Review the optimal clip-on weight type and location on the screen
  • Select the lowest overall weight combination available to balance the wheel while keeping costs to a minimum, or find the optimal weight placement combination available for aesthetic purposes
